Bunkering
Puma Energy provides logistics and management
services to a fleet of modern and well-equipped bunker barges to
offshore Angola and supply marine gas oil, DMA spec, in the port of
Pointe Noire in Congo at competitive prices.
In Congo, Puma Energy has negotiated an
agreement with the Ministry of Petrol, authorising importation,
transit and re-exportation of marine bunkering products. This
agreement has allowed the company to supply marine gasoil in the
port of Pointe Noire at competitive prices, transforming Pointe
Noire into an attractive bunkering operation for a variety of
marine vessels in the region.
Through Puma Energy’s onshore bunkering
business in Point Noire the company has developed two means of
delivery. These are executed either ‘ex-pipe’ i.e. directly
from the pipeline at the petroleum berth or by one of a fleet of
133 trucks.
