HSE corporate procedures

Puma Energy’s ‘‘Operations Cycle Analysis’’ tool has been developed specifically to embed safe and responsible processes and operations across our global facilities. Critical procedures are reviewed on an annual basis in the interests of promoting continuous improvement.

Puma Energy has made a commitment to design all terminals in accordance with internationally respected standards regardless of location. The company uses American Petroleum Institute (API) standards as a basis for meeting this aspiration and, furthermore engages with local regulatory bodies to ensure effective implementation of standards and procedures.

Our safety ethos at Puma Energy often means that our facilities are designed and operated to higher standards than neighbouring facilities. Our operations teams are charged with promoting safety at a local level. Puma Energy has worked hard to develop a culture that encourages open discussion and, if necessary, reporting of issues and concerns.  As a company that operates in many geographical locations with multiple nationalities we work hard to make sure that this freedom to report is as universal as possible.
